- What is the difference between automatic and manual billing?

Eeshan Garg 50a6887d94 plans_page: Compute sponsorship link for subdomain pages correctly. 
Currently, in the FAQ on our /plans page, when the user clicks on
the sponsorship link in the answer for the first question, they
are always taken to /accounts/go, causing them to have to input
their organization URL even if they are on a subdomain page.

This commit makes it so that when the user is on a subdomain page,
they are taken to /upgrade#sponsorship directly. On the other
hand, when they are on a root domain (/) page, they have to go
through /accounts/go and specify their organization's name.

Vishnu KS 9d96847d43 faq: Add instruction for requesting sponsorship when free trial is disabled. 
The request sponsorship form(/upgrade page) is shown after the organization
creation only when the free trial is enabled.

Tim Abbott 7b8ba5ebd9 docs: Update most remaining references to zulipchat.com. 
In some cases, the cleanest tweak is to replace references to the
domain with Zulip Cloud, the product.

Anders Kaseorg 815418d0d7 portico: Typographical nitpicking. 
Punctuate marketing headings with a period.  Fix a couple of
title-cased headings to sentense case.  Consistently use curly
apostrophes, curly quotation marks, and Unicode ellipses.
