1. Click Create channel on the right, or click the plus () icon in the upper right.

2. Fill out the requested information.

3. (optional) Click on Advanced configurations to review and update additional channel settings.

4. Click Continue to add subscribers.

5. Add users who will be subscribed to the channel, and click Create.

permission to create channels.
