This makes a Zulip server more isolated than relying on gravatar, and
avoids complex logistics if in the future we move system bots to live
inside individual realms.

Removed the night images since they were not being used and these
new day mode images are designed to look not too bright in the
dark mode screens too.
Similar to zulip.mp3 in the previous commit, this file is corrupted
and only playable in some browsers.
Re-download it from the source[^1], and convert it to MP3 via
`ffmpeg`.

This is not an MP3 file (which should begin with the bytes `fffb`) nor
an MP3 encapsulated in ID3 (which would begin `4944 33`). This left
it playable by some browsers, but not others like Safari.
Restore the version from before ba46dc83c6, which is universally
recognized as an MP3 file.
Adds a linter rule for markdown files so that new cases of "e.g."
without a comma wont be introduced to user-facing documentation.
Fixes the remaining cases of "e.g." in markdown files that are not
followed by a comma.
Expands web app instructions for setting a status to have
a tab for via user card and via personal menu.
Adds instructions for clearing a status via user card, via
personal menu, and for mobile.
Adds new svg file for the icon used in zulip/mobile for
clearing a status.

This commit updates screenshots for the "for/business" and
"for/open-source" pages, and adds the script for generating
their screenshots at "screenshots/companies.json."
Fixes part of #30128

Clients like mobile add "-medium.png" to the url to get the
medium avatar if the avatar_url field of user object is set
to some string other than the gravatar URL.
This commit adds a symlink to offer the unknown user avatar at
unknown-user-avatar-medium.png as well so that mobile clients
can correctly render the medium avatars for inaccessible users.
Fixes#28071.
If the request's `Accept:` header signals a preference for serving
images over text, return an image representing the 404/403 instead of
serving a `text/html` response.
Fixes: #23739.
Documents new wildcard mention for topic participants updating
and making tweaks to all relevant pages.
Fixes#27657.
