Puneeth Chaganti d0f8744d74 provision: Switch to fonts-freefont-ttf from fonts-liberation. ... Some UTF-8 characters (★ for example) are not displayed correctly, with fonts-liberation. Puppeteer recommends[1] installing fonts-freefont-ttf in their docs on running Puppeteer in docker. Provisioning forward is sufficient. There's no need to remove the new font and replace it with the old font, I think.
