Lauryn Menard ef1275e6fe help: Remove 'Getting your organization started with Zulip' guide. Creates a URLRedirect for this help center article to go to the new "Moving to Zulip" guide. Help center (beta) documentation

This directory is part of an ongoing migration project to convert our help center documentation to use starlight and add search to the docs at the same time.
