Anders Kaseorg 096ef1445f parse_os_release: Use /etc/os-release always; remove DISTRIB_FAMILY. 
To replace DISTRIB_FAMILY, there’s now an os_families function using
the standard ID and ID_LIKE information in /etc/os-release.

Fixes #13070; fixes #13071.

This directory contains scripts that:

  • Generally do not require access to Django or the database (those are "management commands"), and thus are suitable to run operationally.

  • Are useful for managing a production deployment of Zulip (many are also used in a Zulip development environment, though development-only scripts live in tools/).
