Updates the descriptions of content parameters (optional and required) to note that the maximum size of the message content should be based on the `max_message_length` value returned by the register endpoint. Previously these descriptions had a hardcoded value of 10000 bytes as the maximum message size. Also, updates the description of `max_message_length` to clarify that the value represents Unicode code points. |
