Fixes #2665. Regenerated by tabbott with `lint --fix` after a rebase and change in parameters. Note from tabbott: In a few cases, this converts technical debt in the form of unsorted imports into different technical debt in the form of our largest files having very long, ugly import sequences at the start. This directory contains scripts that:

Generally do not require access to Django or the database (those are "management commands"), and thus are suitable to run operationally.

Are useful for managing a production deployment of Zulip (many are also used in a Zulip development environment, though development-only scripts live in
tools/).
