Greg Price 644579c368 docs: Remove our forked RTD layout template. ... Now that we have `eval_rst` and can explicitly exclude pages from the toctree completely, we no longer need to set `includehidden`, and we can return to using upstream's template. (Meanwhile, our feature request upstream was successful! See rtfd/sphinx_rtd_theme#485, which upstream implemented just a week after we requested it. So that would have been another option.)
