This is a fixup for e1291cf839.
While copying the the rules of `#searchbox` to `#searchbox_legacy`
in the search pills feature, the existing `#searchbox` rules were
missed in the conversion.
`#searchbox_legacy` has been added beside `#searchbox` in `media.scss`
instead of replacing that as both of them need those rules for the
mobile view.
This reorganizes the field definitions to be more readable, and adds
descriptive comments for a number of fields whose purpose might be
otherwise unclear.
Our nested code block processor wasn't using the correct test for
whether a paragraph was empty of other content; first, we need to
confirm no children, and second, we need to confirm there is no text
before/after the code block element inside the p tag.
None of the file types here are actually processed by our static asset
pipeline in a way that would result in the hash-named versions of the
files (stored in staticfiles.json) being accessed. (If they were,
we'd be using something like `render_bundle` to access their paths).
So, we should not be generating/shipping these hash-named versions of
image, audio, and locale files.
This change decreases the size of a Zulip release tarball from 153MB
to 93MB, by removing all of the duplicated copies of various asset
files.
This may also help with #10038, but I'm not marking it as completing
that issue yet, because part of #10038 is that the non-hash-named
image files in prod-static/generated/emoji do not seem to have been
properly overwritten on upgrade, and it's unclear why.
Fixes#5971.
Currently, if you access an article link with an anchor link that isn't
featured in the sidebar, the main article won't be highlighted. Thus, we
exclude the anchor link hash from the article-searching selector if
the full article pathname wasn't found.
Apparently, perl at least expects LANG, LANGUAGE, and LC_ALL to be
consistent, and thus apt spits out a bunch of warnings if these are
different. So if we're forcing LC_ALL in these installer/upgrade
script blocks, we should force the rest too.
I believe this fixes the remaining locale part of #9946.
Shrinking the widths enables all five core team profiles to be aligned
on the same line, instead of having four on the first line and one
profile on its own line.
Fix#10008.
To reduce code duplication when creating hotkey deprecation notices,
create the `get_hotkey_deprecation_notice` function. Also, create a
`ui` testing file with a test for the new function.
Fix#10004.
--agree-tos is useful for the Docker environment, where we won't have
an interactive shell present for agreeing to the ToS.
--deploy-hook is also useful for the Docker environment; it makes it
possible to customize what deploy hook (if any) we pass into the
underlying cerbot command.
A stream created in the last few hours likely won't be in StreamCount
(since that gets updated once a day), and hence won't be in the
recent_traffic dict.
However, get_average_weekly_stream_traffic should be None in this case,
not 0.
This replaces some old code with calls to topic_data.js.
Now our topic typeahead uses the same data as our
sidebar, stream suggestions, and the "n" key, so any
future improvements to that data will benefit all
features the same.
This is an important piece of #9857.
