Adds request as a parameter to json_success as a refactor towards
making `ignored_parameters_unsupported` functionality available
for all API endpoints.
Also, removes any data parameters that are an empty dict or
a dict with the generic success response values.
Previously, non-admin emoji authors were allowed to
delete the emoji only if add_emoji_by_admins_only
was false. But, as add_emoji_by_admins_only setting
is for who can add emoji and not delete emojis, it
should not affect the behavior of deleting emojis
and users should always be allowed to delete the
emojis which. they added themselves
Previously, even non-admins had the option to override built-in
emojis in the `Settings Emoji` UI.
This commits essentially limits the functionality of overriding
custom and allows only realm administrators to
override built-in emojis with their custom emojis by adding an
authorization check in the backend.
It also adds relevant tests in `test_realm_emoji` which tests
for the cases where an admin and non admin tries to override
the built-in emoji.
Fixes#18860.
JsonableError has two major benefits over json_error:
* It can be raised from anywhere in the codebase, rather than
being a return value, which is much more convenient for refactoring,
as one doesn't potentially need to change error handling style when
extracting a bit of view code to a function.
* It is guaranteed to contain the `code` property, which is helpful
for API consistency.
Various stragglers are not updated because JsonableError requires
subclassing in order to specify custom data or HTTP status codes.
django.utils.translation.ugettext is a deprecated alias of
django.utils.translation.gettext as of Django 3.0, and will be removed
in Django 4.0.

Fixes#2665.
Regenerated by tabbott with `lint --fix` after a rebase and change in
parameters.
Note from tabbott: In a few cases, this converts technical debt in the
form of unsorted imports into different technical debt in the form of
our largest files having very long, ugly import sequences at the
start. I expect this change will increase pressure for us to split
those files, which isn't a bad thing.

Previously, our OpenAPI documentation validation was failing for some
endpoints because it didn't account for the `in: path` type of
parameter, resulting in a mismatch between what was declared via REQ
and what was declared in the OpenAPI docs.
We fix this by excluding the path type parameters in both places from
what's considered by documentation using the `path_only` flag.
I doubt this is the correct long-term fix; in particular, I don't
think we're actually running the validators for these path-only
parameters. The examples that exist today are all IDs with validators
for being non-negative numbers, but longer-term I think we'll want to
do something different (possibly at the REQ layer, see the TODO).
This commit migrates realm emoji to be addressed by their `id` rather
than their name. This fixes a long standing issue which was causing
an error on uploading an emoji with same name as a deactivated realm
emoji.
Fixes: #6977.
- Add file_name field to `RealmEmoji` model and migration.
- Add emoji upload supporting to Upload backends.
- Add uploaded file processing to emoji views.
- Use emoji source url as based for display url.
- Change emoji form for image uploading.
- Fix back-end tests.
- Fix front-end tests.
- Add tests for emoji uploading.

For a long time, rest_dispatch has had this hack where we have to
create a copy of it in each views file using it, in order to directly
access the globals list in that file. This removes that hack, instead
making rest_dispatch just use Django's import_string to access the
target method to use.
