Updates the labels in the "Messages sent by client" analytics chart
for the user-agent/client names for the Flutter mobile app, which
can be "ZulipFlutter" or "ZulipMobile/flutter".
Fixes#28220.
Updates translated JsonableError strings that relate to streams
to use channel instead of stream. Separated from other error string
updates as this is a dense area of changes for this rename.

for the "messages_sent_by_stream" chart (that has not yet been
implemented) for a missing channel/stream.

As a preliminary step for including graphs of StreamCount data in our
analytics pages, add API support for fetching the chart data.
Care is taken to limit access to streams that the current user has
access to, which isn't necessary in similar views where the current
user is a server administrator by assumption.

When calling some functions or assigning values to certain attributes,
the arguments/right operand do not match the exact type that the
functions/attributes expect, and thus we fix that by converting types
beforehand.
