Adds HTML title elements to templates that extend either `base.html`,
`portico.html` or `portico_signup.html`, and that are not website
portico landing pages that will use the `PAGE_TITLE` variable to set
the HTML title element (see following commit in series).
Also, updates some templates for missing translation tags.
As a general rule, we want the title element (and page content)
translated. Exceptions that are updated in this commit are templates
used in the development environment, analytics templates that are used
by staff and templates related to Zephyr.
As of Feb 15th 2019, Hipchat Cloud and Stride
have reached End Of Life and are no longer
supported by Atlassian. Since it is almost 2 years
now we can remove the migration guides.
Added the `.white-box` in order to be consistent with (`/accounts/go/`,
`/login`). Changed the class of the text under the white box so all the
text under white box uses the same styling.
This commit removes inline javascript code present in create_realm.html
and moves it to signup.js. The create_realm.html page is rendered when
the user visits "/new". An empty div element is added in
create_realm.html with unique data-page-id attribute to make it more easy
to find in which page we are, while working with the javascript code.
This fixes a regression introduced in
865480ec42fb6150a97562b28f3ac81bf2802daa; the JavaScript in question
was refactored incorrectly, due to not noticing it was used in
multiple pages.
Fixes: #10040.
<script charset=…>, <script type=…>, and <style type=…> are “obsolete
but conforming” in HTML5. They make the validator.nu output noisier
and real problems a little harder to find.
(type was required in HTML 4, which is not relevant to us.)

These must refer to the id of an existing form control; id_username
doesn’t exist and streams_to_add isn’t a form control.

We make some specific cases of tags use 2 space indents.
The case description:
* A tag with opening tag spread over multiple lines and closing tag
on the same line as of the closing angle bracket of the opening tag.
* A tag with opening tag spread over multiple lines and closing tag
not on the same line as of the closing angle bracket of the opening
tag.
Example:
Case 1:
Not linted:
<button type="button"
class="btn btn-primary btn-small">{{t "Yes" }}</button>
After linting:
<button type="button"
class="btn btn-primary btn-small">{{t "Yes" }}</button>
Case 2:
Before linting:
<div class = "foo"
id = "bar"
role = "whatever">
{{ bla }}
</div>
After linting:
<div class = "foo"
id = "bar"
role = "whatever">
{{ bla }}
</div>
This removes the old flex model for the footer to stay at the bottom
of short pages and instead always just positions the footer below
the portico content and makes the content generally tall enough that
issues don't occur.
The check mark which appears for valid input in assorted forms
(such as login and registration) didn't have alternative text
for better accessibility. Added "Valid" as the alt text in all
places it's used.
Fixes#4876.
This completes a major redesign of the Zulip login and registration
pages, making them look much more slick and modern.
Major features include:
* Display of the realm name, description and icon on the login page
and registration pages in the subdomains case.
* Much slicker looking buttons and input fields.
* A new overall style for the exterior of these portico pages.
