Zixuan James Li 0f2d4a3ab9 webhooks: Update Zabbix integration documentation. 
Since the removal of `CurlHttpRequest` in Rabbix 6.2, the old script for
setting up the Zabbix integration no longer works.

This updates the documentation to use `HttpRequest` instead and keep it
up-to-date with the latest Zabbix server. We raise the minimum supported
version from 5.2 to 5.4 because `HttpRequest` was introduced in 5.4.

Anders Kaseorg dc33a0ae67 markdown: Rewrite include plugin without markdown-include. 
markdown-include is GPL licensed.

Also, rewrite it as a block processor, so that it works correctly
inside indented blocks.

Adam Birds 7fd7a1917b integrations: Update Zabbix Documentation. 
I have added a note about the fact these instructions are for Zabbix 5.2
and above and the workflow for other versions of Zabbix may be
different.

Adam Birds fa8914085e integrations: Update Zabbix Documentation. 
I have updated the documentation for the Zabbix integration to give the
correct instructions for the latest version of Zabbix (5.2). The old
instructions are now obsolete.

I have also updated the message that is PMd to a user if the webhook
doesn't receive a complete payload to also align with the new
instructions.
