Adds general class names in invite_user_modal.hbs for custom time
the input and unit so that these elements more easily be extended
for use in other modals with a user specified custom time.
Updates the listener in invite.ts that was using the removed
"custom-expiration-time" class to instead use the id for the
input and unit div, "custom-invite-expiration-time".
Corresponding updates have been made to the relevant CSS files to
ensure consistent styling and future scalability.

This moves the content inside `message_length_controller` to a new
handlerbars template `message_length_toggle.hbs`, and dynamically
renders the content based on the message length.
Since the majority of the messages aren't collapsed/condensed, this
change should improve the initial rendering of the message list.
Fixes#31133.
This also moves the 2px of reduced lefthand padding to the overall
width of the left sidebar, which will keep the left sidebar at its
same width (in other words, the message area will not shift any
further to the left, either).

This allows log in button in navbar for spectators to have more space
to be displayed in different languages without being truncated.
Login page already has 2 buttons for user to sign up from.
Earlier tooltip info for the default topic menu notification option
had static string to display.
This commit changes the string info and includes channel name and its
corresponding privacy icon to display in the tooltip.
We've removed the unused parent div. We've also removed the class that
was only being used in that div from zulip.css. We've attached a class
to the anchor element now and it has the same name as the class we
removed.
As part of the popover menu redesign, this commit redesigns the user
card popover using the new "popover-menu" tippy theme and improves
accessibility by using appropriate ARIA attributes.
Fixes position of unsubscribed icon so that it appears in the same line
as the list item of the typeahead and prevent typeahead to increase in
width when the icon is shown.
We divide functionality into that for "full_size" and "expanded", which
are identical for now.
This is a prep commit for adding an intermediate expanded screen size.
