This commit is a part of the efforts to rename btn-related classes
and variables to align with Zulip's no-abbreviations policy and
streamline the search results.
Move the redundant code for hiding spinners and re-enabling buttons into
a common `hide_spinner` function inside `loading.ts`. This reduces
duplication between `hide_button_spinner` and `hide_dialog_spinner`.
Fixes#26691.
Consolidate the repeated logic for showing spinners into a shared
`show_spinner` function in `loading.ts`. This eliminates code
duplication between `show_button_spinner` and `show_dialog_spinner`,
streamlining spinner initialization and button disabling.
Fixes part of #26691.
Prevents modal from closing when `Save changes` is clicked
after editing a profile field. Also, disables the `Save changes`
button until at least one field has been edited.

We now always show the scrollbar in invite modal body if it is scrollable.
This avoids confusion and makes it clear that some options are out of view.

Since the type of request_method(AjaxRequestHandler) has
been extended in the previous commit.Consequently the 'data'
field of 'request_method' has to be typed such that it
satisfies this change.
Because request_method's type can also be 'typeof patch' which
does not accept undefined 'data' field, I haved 'omit'-ted
'undefined' from 'data's type in function signature to satisfy
TypeScript.
Now ,in support of the changes I have made to two different function
sign(namely setting_ui.do_settings_change,dialog_widget.submit_api_request)
I am stating some points about data field inside these respective
function signs.
1.settings_ui.do_settings_change: For this 'data' was actually never
undefined. Each function call has a 'data' object passed( with one
or more fields).
2.dialog_widget.submit_api_request: For this case many function calls
actually didn't have 'data' field (ie.'data' was undefined).
BUT,for those cases it was defaulted to '{}'(see function sign).
So effectively 'request_method' didn't recieve an undefined 'data' for
this case too. I have removed the defaulting and passed '{}' in the
function calls for those cases, which effectively does the some job,
but satisfies the type.
For both these cases 'data' field isn't undefined and hence an Omit,for me
makes sense.
This commit changes the button text from "Cancel" to "Close" in
copy email address modal, since it is weird to click on "Cancel"
button after having copied the email address and might confuse
users. Using "Close" makes it clear that the button is to just
close the modal.
We should prevent the default html behavior when submitting the forms
in the dialog_widgets to avoid reloading the whole page when the user
clicks the submit button.

This commit fixes an issue where the button height increases while
it has the spinner on modals with long text on the submit button. The
issue occurred due to the button height being calculated after hiding
the span element, which resulted in an incorrect height. To overcome
this, the commit suggests computing the span element's height before
hiding it to ensure that the button height is accurately set.
Updated `get_current_values` function to not include undefined keys
in current_values object and if the input field is of type file and
a file is selected then set the value equal to file object.
The new update_submit_disabled_state_on_change parameter configures
the dialog_widget system to disable/enable the confirmation button
depending on whether any of the fields in the modal have values
differing from their initial values.

Changes `AjaxRequest` name to more clear one `AjaxRequestHandler`,
also moved this type to `types.ts` with a comment to move it into
`channel.js` once it migrates to typescript.
Created `WidgetConfig` type which has all the parameter that can be
passed launch(). Except html_heading, html_body, and on_click all
other fields are optional. Therefore, removed checking of undefined
mandatory fields as it will be done by typescript.
