Generated by `pyupgrade --py3-plus --keep-percent-format` on all our
Python code except `zthumbor` and `zulip-ec2-configure-interfaces`,
followed by manual indentation fixes.

seresheim 49dbd85a89 auth: Add support for Azure Active Directory authentication. 
This takes advantage of all of our work on making the
python-social-auth integration reusable for other authentication
backends.
