evykassirer 0899b621d3 search_suggestion: Show pills for all users in a group suggestion.
This fixes half of #23665. It shows all user pills when making
a group suggestions as the active new suggestion, but still
doesn't show user pills for the first parts of suggestion lines.

search: Remove is:dm suggestion from get_operator_suggestions.
Previously, is: searches as a spectator would suggest "Direct messages", even though
DMs aren't accessible for spectators. Fix this by moving the is:dm suggestion
logic to `get_is_filter_suggestions`, which is not used for spectators.

Fixes #30320.

Anders Kaseorg b9e62c7af8 page_params: Split out state data for realm.
For spectators, the chunk of page_params that originates from
do_events_register isn’t assigned until ui_init.js. That means the
TypeScript type of page_params is mostly a lie during module load
time: reading a parameter too early silently results in undefined
rather than the declared type, with unpredictable results later on.

We want to make such an early read into an immediate runtime error,
for both users and spectators consistently, and pave the way for
runtime validation of the page_params type. As a second step, split
out the subset of fields that pertain to the entire realm.

evykassirer a87b1d5ad8 filter: Use terms instead of operands.
Operand is a confusing name because this
data structure has an attribute *called*
operand. This commit renames references to
this structure to "term", short for "search
term".

node tests: Use noop helper function pattern in test files.
Some files already were using `noop` in place of `() => {}`.
It's both clearer what it means and is easier to type.
This updates all test files to fully use `noop`, and
adds a shared import from the test lib file.

BrandonAWong 6edf24b0f7 search: Remove "All messages" typeahead
Previously, the "All messages" typeahead would be shown whenever
the search bar had an empty input. This change removes that typeahead
completely in favor of using other filters such as -is:muted.

Sahil Batra 49a047c27f users: Add "(guest)" to names for guest users.
This commit adds code to add "(guest)" to user names of guest
users in the following places -
- right sidebar
- user pills, including the pills in search suggestion typehaead
- typeaheads for user
- sender names in message feed
- user profile popover and modals.
- user name in not subscribed warning banner.

Note that the indicator is shown only if enable_guest_user_indicator
setting is set to true.

As a result of this change, we now translate "deactivated" text
shown in user pills for deactivated users.

Fixes part of #26700.

evykassirer aa270bcef0 search: Remove support for experimental search pills.
This in-progress feature was started in 2018 and hasn't
been worked on much since. It's already in a broken state,
which makes it hard to iterate on the existing search bar
since it's hard to know how those changes will affect search
pills.

We do still want to add search pills eventually, and when
we work on that, we can refer to this diff to readd the
changes back.
