Fix bug where sending a PM would display as sent to the wrong person.
...
In get_display_recipient, the userprofile was selected incorrectly by
user_id instead of the userprofile_id. In production, this hasn't
resulted in a user-visible error because we use MySQL and user ids are
always equal to userprofile ids.
This does happen if you are using SQLite locally and run populate_db,
which adds a bunch of users in parallel in an insufficiently
transactional way.

This allows us to check whether the session that updated the pointer
is the same as a session that is doing a long poll to avoid sending
new pointer information when that information is coming from the same
session.
We still return from the long poll early, though, which is sub-optimal.

We add a few templates for django-confirmation. We define a
"PreregistrationForm" which is validated by accounts_home, which then
generates a confirmation object and emails the user. This required creating
a new table for a PreregistrationUser with an email and status (confirmed)
field.
The register function now no longer accepts a "email" field in the form
and deals only with confirmation IDs to determine the email used to sign
up a user.

Use truncated Base32 SHA256 instead of hex MD5 for usernames

There isn't a specific problem with using MD5 here, but there's just no reason
to use a hash function with serious known flaws.
We have to truncate to 30 characters for Django's username field. Using Base32
instead of hex gives us twice as many bits. This reduces the chances of a
collision (which are pretty low already) and also provides resistance against a
targetted attack based on some weakness in SHA256. (There are better ways to
reduce a hash to fewer bits but let's not get too fancy.)
We still need to use MD5 for Gravatar because that's their protocol.

For now, compose zephyrs to usernames.

We'll eventually need to normalize emails, autocompleted names,
etc. to one entity we use when talking to the server about senders and
personals recipients, but for now since we've hardcoded usernames
everywhere, just use those.
