Anders Kaseorg	df001db1a9	black: Reformat with Black 23. Black 23 enforces some slightly more specific rules about empty line counts and redundant parenthesis removal, but the result is still compatible with Black 22. byshen-dev	26d97ce7e3	migrations: Change realm field to be not null in Attachment. he possibility for it being null was likely an oversight -- it should have been removed after the early migrations to backfill the field when it was added. We've confirmed there are no existing violations of this invariant in Zulip Cloud.	2022-03-18 12:01:15 -07:00
