This isn't quite the right model, because we're not actually going
through the upload code path, but it does at least provide some inline
image previews in the data.
Fixes part of #14991.
Fixes#2665.
Regenerated by tabbott with `lint --fix` after a rebase and change in
parameters.
Note from tabbott: In a few cases, this converts technical debt in the
form of unsorted imports into different technical debt in the form of
our largest files having very long, ugly import sequences at the
start. I expect this change will increase pressure for us to split
those files, which isn't a bad thing.

Instread of using stream_name + Intergers as topics, we now
generate topics using pos in `config.generate_data.json`.
This helps us create and test more realistic topics.
Generated by `pyupgrade --py3-plus --keep-percent-format` on all our
Python code except `zthumbor` and `zulip-ec2-configure-interfaces`,
followed by manual indentation fixes.

It's hard to find literature with the community tone we're going for, that
is consistent with the Zulip code of conduct, etc.
This commit removes the special tooling for Gutenberg plays, and changes the
text to be some mixture of scigen, Communications From Elsewhere,
chat.zulip.org, and various books from the public domain.
Create a generator script to pull lines from a play, enhancing
random lines with emoji, Markdown and other flair.
With numerous contributions from Rein Zustand and Tim Abbott to finish
the project.
