Added `message_content_in_email_notifications` to the
`disabled_notification_settings` object to keep track of the setting.
Also added a tooltip message to display when the checkbox is disabled,
indicating that the setting is controlled by the organization.
Fixes: #27262.
This commit allows configuration of "editable_by_user" property from the
organization settings modal. It also adds support for non-editable
fields in profile settings modal.

Previously, the tooltips for the subscribe and unsubscribe buttons
were static, showing the same tooltip regardless of the button's
state. This update improves the user experience by introducing
dynamic tooltips that reflect the current state of the button.
Changes include:
- Added multiple HTML tooltip templates for different button states
subscribed, unsubscribed.
- Updated JavaScript to select and render the appropriate tooltip based on
the button's state.
- Modified `data-tool-tip-id` prop to use state-specific tooltip
templates.
Fixes zulip#31500.
Earlier tooltip info for the default topic menu notification option
had static string to display.
This commit changes the string info and includes channel name and its
corresponding privacy icon to display in the tooltip.
This adds the `LONG_HOVER_DELAY` delay to the user card tooltips, which
prevent the tooltips from becoming distracting when the user is just
navigating the popover.
Previously, the tooltip for the status clear button was scoped to only
the personal menu popover. This commit moves that logic to `tippyjs.ts`
and adds support for the status clear button in the user card popover.
As part of the popover menu redesign, this commit redesigns the user
group info popover using the new "popover-menu" tippy theme and improves
accessibility by using appropriate ARIA attributes.
Fixes part of #28699.
Earlier, in left sidebar, clicking on followed topic icon would narrow
to the topic.
This commit introduces the ability to open topic status menu from
left sidebar from followed topic icon.
Fixes: zulip#28941.
Earlier, in recents view and inbox view, hovering over
`topic status button` didnot show `click to change notifications for this
topic` tooltip as it was supposed to.
This commit fixes the behaviour of tooltip not showing by adding a
tooltip for `recent_view` and `inbox-view` elements.
Apart from the normal (collapsed) and full screen sizes, a new expanded
state with the same size as the maximum a normal compose box can stretch
to when full (40% of the screen height) is now available. Now a user can
expand the compose box without it covering the full screen with a click.
The vertical resize icon in the bottom right corner of the compose box
is rendered useless so has been removed.
All three states can be cycled through by clicking the compose resize
button in the order: collapsed -> 40% of the screen -> full screen. When
a message naturally causes the compose box in its normal state to expand
up to 40% of the screen, clicking the resize button will take it to full
screen state.

Tabbing through the navbar elements, `Hide user list` tooltip
stays visible even if focus is moved away from it.
We move tooltip to the element receiving focus and blur event
to fix it. See previous commit for more details.
The elements which received focus didn't have tooltips attached to
them, thus when blur was triggered on `a`, the tooltip didn't hide
as it was not listening on it for the blur event.
We move the toolip to `a` elements so that when focus and blur
are triggered tippy is able to capture them.
Rename `show_all_private_messages` to `show-all-direct-messages`.
We've also hyphenated the attribute during the rename.
Part of the private_message to direct_message rename project.
Rename `toggle_private_messages_section_icon` to
`toggle-direct-messages-section-icon`.
We've also hyphenated the attribute during the rename.

As reported in a bug report, the tooltip on the DM collapse/expand
toggle was reappearing after switching in and out of the browser window.
This commit destroys the current instance of the tooltip when it is
hidden. This clean up ensures that the tooltip does not appear again
unless the triggered explicitly by the user.
We now right align recipient input (even at very narrow widths) and
banners to the textbox, and move the close button to the absolute top
right corner of the compose box, updating the icon to be slimmer, bigger
and purplish, and adding a background highlight on hover.
This involved refactoring the send control area width into a responsive
css variable, and simplifying the html structure of the compose box.
Fixes: #28792.
The compose expand / collapse button is moved from the top right of the
compose area to the top right corner inside the compose textarea /
preview.
The textarea / preview and the button area shares the same grid parent.
25px extra padding is added to and margin is subtracted from the right
of the element so the button is visually inside it. It appears only on
hovering the compose area, and uses a new custom icon.
Fixes: #28791.
Names like “delegate”, “Instance”, “Placement”, “Props”, and
“ReferenceElement” are much too generic to make sense as named
imports.
The downside is that we now need to write tippy.default(…) instead of
tippy(…) (because ES module namespace objects cannot be callable), but
that cost is worthwhile.

Updates translated strings in web/ that do not need updates to any
tests. The majority of these strings are also unique to the file/
template that they are in. A few have overlap with one other file.
Some changes here update placeholders/variables in these strings to
no longer use stream so that all the translation updates for this
rename happen at the same time.
The exception to this are cases of "<z-stream>" placeholders in
these translated strings.

This commit converts the radio buttons (for
selecting email/link) to tab
components in the user invite modal.
The selected tab is in focus by default and arrow keys
can be used to toggle the selected tab.
Appropriate tooltips are shown when a tab is disabled.
Fixes#29392.
Previously, "This profile field is required." tooltip was visible on
all custom profile fields, including those that were not required.
This commit fixes that by targeting only the required fields.
The organization logo in the upper left navigates to the user's home
view. We add a tooltip to make this easier to discover.
We show `Esc` as the keyboard shortcut here, unless the user has
disabled it, in which case we show the alt shortcut `Ctrl` + `[`.
Fixes#29185.
This commit disables the stream-select dropdown in the "Move message"
modal if the user is not allowed to move messages between streams, and
adds a tooltip for clarification when the dropdown is disabled.
Fixes#28345.
We have some delay for tooltips for all compose buttons, but we now show
tooltips instantly for buttons that are disabled on hover, to emphasize
that the button is disabled, and why.
Earlier the `/poll` slash command was the only way to create polls.
To increase user friendliness with a GUI, a button to launch a modal
to create a poll, has been added to the compose box. This button is
enabled only when the compose box is empty, to avoid complexities with
losing / having to save as draft any message already being composed.
The modal has a form which on submission frames a message using the
`/poll` syntax and the data input in the form, and sets the content of
the compose box to that message, which the user can then send. The
question field is mandatory for form submission.
