Roger Souza 69da22d998 api docs: Document the custom emoji upload endpoint. 
Tweaked by tabbott to fix some English phrasing and make the file
pointer thing require less Python knowledge.

Steve Howell b666a6bd6c subject -> topic: Fix most of api_test_helpers. 
We don't want to change anything that can end
up in docs yet, but for test setup, we can switch
to topic_name.

Yago González c70d051031 test-api: Add function for server & realm tests. 
There are some endpoints that don't fall into the currently available
categories, so this new function will be used for calling the tests for
server and realm-related endpoints.

Yago González db81726bcb api docs: Use method from our Python bindings in the example. 
One of the code examples for GET /users was using the raw call_endpoint
method from our Python bindings, rather than get_members, which has been
specifically designed to interact with this endpoint.

Now all the examples here use the appropiate method.

Yago González fa1a695e08 test-api: Fix broken check for get_members. 
The tests for GET /users were looking for a specific user, asuming that
it would always be in the same position. Since the users' sorting isn't
guaranteed in any way, this can lead to errors in the tests.

Now we make sure the user we grab from the list is the one we need by
checking its email address.

This is just a hotfix that addresses the short-term problem: we have
already made some efforts to make sure these tests are more
deterministic, and now we only need to finish the migration of the old
enpoints to the new system as a long-term solution.

Eeshan Garg 52c3c00ea0 test-api: Test against generic fixtures. 
In a few commits before this one, we just added de-duplicated
generic fixtures that apply to multiple API tests. The tests
needed to be modified to accommodate that change.

Eeshan Garg e80609a3e9 api docs: Test sample fixture for invalid stream name error. 
This commit adds a test for the sample fixture for when an invalid
stream name is passed to a query that expects a valid stream name
as an argument. This is the case with almost all of our queries
documented under the sidebar heading "Streams".

EDIT: Actually, I was wrong. This payload is highly specific to
get-stream-id, so it shouldn't be a part of common-error-payloads
at all.

Eeshan Garg 9add5bf6a7 api/delete-queue: Test fixture for BAD_EVENT_QUEUE_ID error. 
In templates/zerver/api/delete-queue.md, we have a sample fixture
for when the queue_id passed to client.deregister_queue is not
valid or the event queue in question has already been deleted.
This commit tests that fixture.

Note that this error payload is specific to client.deregister_queue.
