If you read a message, then got a topic edit for it, we were
adding the message to our data structure of unread stream/topic
messages.
Now we guard against this in unread.update_unread_topics. I
no longer expose an update() method in unread_topic_counter,
since we really want to do the unread check at a higher level
to keep other data structures consistent.

Update Email, Beanstalk, Hubot, JIRA, and Trello integrations
links.
The Hubot integrations section (/integrations#hubot-integrations)
was removed in an earlier redesign of /integrations. This commit
replaces the link with the hubot-scripts organization on
Github, which displays the comprehensive list of all integrations
available via Hubot.
Fixes#5875.
A large portion of the diff for landing-page.js is due to refactoring the
contents of integrations_search into top level UI update functions.
State flows as follows: dispatch(action) -> render(state) -> update UI
Routes now use pushState instead of hashes.
On transition between categories scrolling position is fixed,
and on transition between catalog and integration sub-pages the page
scrolls to the top.
We were exiting this function in certain cases before updating
mentions. This bug was always there, but it was flaky in terms
of database setup whether the tests would fail, so now the
relevant test sends three consecutive messages.
We also avoid putting duplicate message ids in mentions.
I was too hasty in pushing this -- it looks right logically, but it
breaks a test. May not be hard to fix forward, but reverting now to
unbreak the build in master.
This reverts commit 02acd467b4.
The lightbox "v" shortcut should not show a user's avatar,
so this limits the scope of images it can choose to ones inside
of the `.message_content` div.
In some of these contexts, we may still be *using* the Python 2
version, but at least this should eliminate running into
`ImportError`s one by one in scripts that run outside a virtualenv,
as we update their shebangs to refer to Python 3.
Several Python libraries we use don't come in Python 3 versions on
trusty: gevent, boto, twisted, django, django-tagging, whisper.
The latter two don't come in Python 3 versions even on xenial.
So some work required before we can actually switch the code that
relies on those libraries to run as Python 3 -- probably the best
solution will be to backport them all in our apt repo. (All but
`whisper` are packaged in zesty; `whisper` upstream just grew Python 3
support this year.)
Also make our dependency on `six` (for e.g. `replace-tarball-shebang`)
explicit -- we've been getting it via `python-pip`, but `python3-pip`
(on trusty) doesn't have that dependency for some reason.
These instructions haven't worked since shortly after we
vendored this third-party code in 2012, when we deleted its
`setup.py` in a1b72f9d0. All they can do is cause confusion,
so delete them.
On some monitors it appears as though there's a slight gap between
the bottom of the wave and the top of the section below. This moves
the wave down a pixel to ensure the gap disappears.
Fixes: #6064.
This should significantly improve the user experience for new users
signing up with GitHub/Google auth. It comes complete with tests for
the various cases. Further work may be needed for LDAP to not prompt
for a password, however.
Fixes#886.
This allows us to go to Registration form directly. This behaviour is
similar to what we follow in GitHub oAuth. Before this, in registration
flow if an account was not found, user was asked if they wanted to go to
registration flow. This confirmation behavior is followed for login
oauth path.
