This commit create a directory to store the mock message for nagios and
more will be added.
The json files in this directory will be used to config the screenshot
generating script for the documentations of non-webhook integrations.
Fixes#2665.
Regenerated by tabbott with `lint --fix` after a rebase and change in
parameters.
Note from tabbott: In a few cases, this converts technical debt in the
form of unsorted imports into different technical debt in the form of
our largest files having very long, ugly import sequences at the
start. I expect this change will increase pressure for us to split
those files, which isn't a bad thing.

When creating a webhook integration or creating a new one, it is a pain to
create or update the screenshots in the documentation. This commit adds a
tool that can trigger a sample notification for the webhook using a fixture,
that is likely already written for the tests.
Currently, the developer needs to take a screenshot manually, but this could
be automated using puppeteer or something like that.
Also, the tool does not support webhooks with basic auth, and only supports
webhooks that use json fixtures. These can be fixed in subsequent commits.
test_settings.py was setting EXTERNAL_HOST after importing settings.py,
which has several variables (like SERVER_URI) that are computed from
EXTERNAL_HOST.
[tweaked by tabbott to add comments explaining the story here].
This adds support for running a Zulip production server with each
realm on its own unique subdomain, e.g. https://realm_name.example.com.
This patch includes a ton of important features:
* Configuring the Zulip sesion middleware to issue cookier correctly
for the subdomains case.
* Throwing an error if the user tries to visit an invalid subdomain.
* Runs a portion of the Casper tests with REALMS_HAVE_SUBDOMAINS
enabled to test the subdomain signup process.
* Updating our integrations documentation to refer to the current subdomain.
* Enforces that users can only login to the subdomain of their realm
(but does not restrict the API; that will be tightened in a future commit).
Note that toggling settings.REALMS_HAVE_SUBDOMAINS on a live server is
not supported without manual intervention (the main problem will be
adding "subdomain" values for all the existing realms).
