Greg Price 038a2c7692 unread_ui: Wait for i18n setup before rendering. 
Without this, the "Since you were last here" text got rendered in
English for me every time when I tested in German, both in dev
and on chat.zulip.org.

This brings us to 9 places we invoke `ensure_i18n`.  That seems
like a sign that there may well be more places we're still
missing, and that we should probably find a more systematic way
to make sure all our frontend UI rendering waits for translation
to be ready.  Anyway, for now, fix this one.

Tim Abbott 61e6ed8c31 bankruptcy: Fix clicking outside bankruptcy modal. 
Previously, this would leave the unread UI disabled forever, showing 0
unread counts for anything, which was a super confusing failure mode.

Steve Howell a51caceea5 refactor: Extract unread_ops.js 
This module mostly contains the mark_* functions that
update the server with info about unread counts.

Tim Abbott 5e39ccd642 js: Rename viewport.js to message_viewport.js. 
This fixes the mobile web experience for Chrome on iOS.

Apparently, Chrome-on-iOS silently has a `viewport` module that
overrides and user-defined module by that name, causing all of our
code that accesses the viewport module to not work on that platform.
We fix this by renaming it.

Steve Howell 59750a1cb9 Move more unread logic out of stream_list.js. 
There are two split-outs code of the code here:

    - Animation stuff is in unread_ui.js.
    - PM unread counts get handled by pm_list.js.
