We previously auto-mocked this out of expediency, but that made it
impossible to test anything that uses the Zod schemata in the same
module.

For spectators, the chunk of page_params that originates from
do_events_register isn’t assigned until ui_init.js. That means the
TypeScript type of page_params is mostly a lie during module load
time: reading a parameter too early silently results in undefined
rather than the declared type, with unpredictable results later on.
We want to make such an early read into an immediate runtime error,
for both users and spectators consistently, and pave the way for
runtime validation of the page_params type. As a first step, split
out the subset of fields that pertain to the current user.

Since notifications have limited space for the contents of a message,
a quote from a previous message, or elsewhere, can take up most of the
notification, leaving little room for the actual message, and reducing
the usefulness of the notification.
To fix this, we collapse blockquotes and "user said" paragraphs to make
space for the actual message.
Earlier, for the desktop notifications having latex math
like "$$1 \oplus 0 = 1$$, the notification had the math
included multiple times.
This commit fixes the incorrect behavior by replacing
the KaTeX with the raw LaTeX source.
Fixes#25289.
This should cause no functional changes.
This is part of a multi-step effort to move away
from using stream names to reference streams, now
that it's impossible for a user to write a message
with an invalid stream name (since switching to
the dropdown).
This commit adds support for triggering audible desktop
notifications when:
* A message is sent to a followed topic with the global user setting
'enable_followed_topic_audible_notifications' enabled.
* A message with wildcard mentions is sent to a followed topic with
the global user setting
'enable_followed_topic_wildcard_mentions_notify' enabled.

Updated user_topics.js to include all visibility policies
rather than just mute/inherit visibility policies.
Replaced muted_topics Map with `all_user_topics` Map which has
structure: {stream_id:{topic_name:{date_updated,visibility_policy}}}.
Removed add_muted_topic, remove_muted_topic functions which were
adding/removing topics in muted_topics Map. Added new function
update_user_topics which take parameter stream_id, topic,
visibility_policy, and date_updated(optional) which adds a topic
to all_user_topics with date_updated and visibility_policy,
if visibility_policy is not equal to inherit.
else, removes topic from all_user_topics.
Added get_topic_visibility_policy which returns visibility_policy
if stream_id is not undefined else return false.
Added 2 helper functions is_topic_muted and is_topic_unmuted which
uses get_topic_visibility_policy and return true if topic is
muted and unmuted respectively else return false.
Replaced switch case statement which was using add_muted_topic
and remove_muted_topic functions in set_user_topic with new function
update_user_topics.

This lets us simplify the long-ish ‘../../static/js’ paths, and will
remove the need for the ‘zrequire’ wrapper.
