Rohitt Vashishtha c41c82aae0 settings_emoji: Use display_name in handlebars.
This commit fixes two issues with the previous implementation:

1. JavaScript's replace replaces only the first instance,
thus we need to use a regex.
2. Handlebars was setting the id of the HTML elements with
spaces in between which broke the delete button; now a
new variable display_name is passed to the template.

This also makes changes to the casper tests to have an emoji
name with multiple spaces in it to ensure this bug doesn't
appear again.

Tim Abbott 13a1b44aa8 settings: Fix missing target=_blank on realm emoji images.
This resulted in problems with the desktop app, where clicking these
links would leave the user in a situation where they needed the "back"
button in order to get back to the webapp.

Fixes zulip/zulip-electron#342.

Brock Whittaker 5606435a90 components: Make button component styles sensible.
This removes the old base button style which was a blue button and
kills the unnecessary .white class which was essentially just acting as
the new button base.

This then removes all references throughout the settings/subscriptions
pages to those button styles.

This also fixes the strange button styles that changed the :hover and
:active opacity to 0.05 which led to unpredictable results on various
backgrounds.

Harshit Bansal 7126f6f30c settings: Allow either admin or realm emoji author to delete it.
If a realm is configured to allow any user to upload a realm emoji
then that user should also be allowed to delete the emoji in case
he feels it doesn't look good or if he uploaded a wrong emoji file.
This commit tweaks the realm emoji settings UI to allow an user who
uploaded an emoji to delete it.

Brock Whittaker 0f9a5108fc settings: Change admin pages to have readonly view for non-admins.
This changes the layout of administration for non-administrators such
that they can view organization settings and emoji settings and
displays everything as readonly unless they have the capability to edit.

For now, we just enabled this for the emoji settings and organization
settings features.

Brock Whittaker 706f422c3a Massively refactor settings page templates and styling.
This restructures the styling for the Zulip settings and
administration pages to minimize use of Bootstrap and use a consistent
styling library for similar elements.

While it is basically a wash in terms of the page's visuals, it will
make our life a lot easier for future work on improving the settings
pages section of the site.
