Tim Abbott 01ce58319d mypy: Fix most AnonymousUser type errors. 
This commit fixes several mypy errors with Django stubs, by telling
mypy that we know in a given code path that the user is authenticated.

Steve Howell e31326c823 refactor: Extract get_digest_context. 
This eliminates the union type and boolean parameter,
and it makes it a bit easier to migrate to a
bulk-get approach.

Anders Kaseorg 365fe0b3d5 python: Sort imports with isort. 
Fixes #2665.

Regenerated by tabbott with `lint --fix` after a rebase and change in
parameters.

Note from tabbott: In a few cases, this converts technical debt in the
form of unsorted imports into different technical debt in the form of
our largest files having very long, ugly import sequences at the
start.  I expect this change will increase pressure for us to split
those files, which isn't a bad thing.

Shoumorup 2afdbb139d digest: Fix the styling of /digest page. 
This adds a proper template for the /digest page, making it a
reasonable way to view the digest email content for development and
debugging.
