This kind of payload that's loaded from json in the body of the request
is not only used for webhooks, but also in the push bouncer, and may get
used elsewhere too - so a general name is better.
This converts most webhook integration views to use @typed_endpoint instead
of @has_request_variables, rewriting REQ parameters. For these
webhooks, it simply requires switching the decorator, rewriting the
type annotation of payload/message to WebhookPayload[WildValue], and
removing the REQ default that defines the to_wild_value converter.
This unifies the length of the shortened SHA our integrations generate,
and ensures that they are long enough for projects of various sizes with
a chosen value defined in get_short_sha.

This commit strengthens types by typing the Solano webhook's incoming
payload as WildValue, which eradicates the use of Any within the
incoming webhook integration.
The KeyError exception has been replaced to catch a ValidationError
instead now, since the incoming payload's keys will be tamed before
usage and the non-existence of the key is raised as a
ValidationError in the taming function.

Also, rewrite it as a block processor, so that it works correctly
inside indented blocks.

Adds request as a parameter to json_success as a refactor towards
making `ignored_parameters_unsupported` functionality available
for all API endpoints.
Also, removes any data parameters that are an empty dict or
a dict with the generic success response values.
Since FIXTURE_DIR_NAME is the name of the folder that contains the view
and tests modules of the webhook and another folder called "fixtures" that
store the fixtures, it is more appropriate to call it WEBHOOK_DIR_NAME,
especially when we want to refer to the view module using this variable.
Almost all webhook tests use this helper, except a few
webhooks that write to private streams.
Being concise is important here, and the name
`self.send_and_test_stream_message` always confused
me, since it sounds you're sending a stream message,
and it leaves out the webhook piece.
We should consider renaming `send_and_test_private_message`
to something like `check_webhook_private`, but I couldn't
decide on a great name, and it's very rarely used. So
for now I just made sure the docstrings of the two
sibling functions reference each other.

This commit also removes the conditional for when a build status
does not have a corresponding emoji. In such a case, it is better
to have no emoji than displaying some boilerplate text about no
appropriate emoji being available.
This commit migrates all of our webhooks to use
check_send_webhook_message, except the following:
beeminder: Rishi wanted to wait on this one.
teamcity: This one is slightly more work.
yo: This one is PM-only. I am still trying to decide whether we
should have a force_private argument or something in
check_send_webhook_message.
facebook: No point in migrating this, will be removed as part of
#8433.
slack: Slightly more work too with the `channel_to_topics` feature.
Warrants a longer discussion.
This commit migrates all webhooks to use check_send_stream_message
instead of check_send_message. The only two webhooks that still
use check_send_message are our yo and teamcity webhooks. They
both use check_send_message for private messages.
Previously, api_key_only_webhook_view passed 3 positional arguments
(request, user_profile, and client) into a function. However, most
of our other auth decorators only pass 2 positional arguments. For
the sake of consistency, we now make api_key_only_webhook_view set
request.client and pass only request and user_profile as positional
arguments.
All webhook fixtures in zerver/fixtures/<webhook_name> have now
been moved to dedicated webhook-specific directories under
zerver/webhooks/<webhook_name>/fixtures, where <webhook_name> is
the name of the webhook.
