Anders Kaseorg 9afe6d0829 templates: Fix footer links on /plans. 
The footer was being covered by a bunch of invisible divs, rendering
most of the links non-functional.

Alya Abbott 78184c5bc5 portico: Add comparison checkboxes to /for/education. 
On narrow width screens, user can now scroll the table,
instead of table collapsing all the text together making
it look weird.

Tim Abbott b03cab8ced plans: Update descriptions of plans. 
These descriptions are both more accurate (there were embarrassingly a
few errors in the previous text about what was actually included in
what plan), as well as making clear that Zulip's free self-hostable
version includes essentially all the non-services features of
enterprise editions of competing products.

Tim Abbott d6059d0d9a landing: Add template containing comparison checkmarks. 
Can be added to the landing pages via:
+    {% include 'zerver/compare.html' %}

I'm avoiding adding that include into the landing pages until we have
time to do a bit of tweaking of the styling to integrate better into
/hello/ (primarily color-wise).

Most of the work for this was done by Brock, huge thanks to him!
