sujal shah 6deb165ef6 stream_settings: Add Not subscribed tab to stream settings.
This commit adds a new tab to the stream settings overlay called
"Not subscribed" which lists all the streams the user is not
subscribed to. This tab is disabled if the user is a guest.

Introduced a new variable called "show_not_subscribed" to replicate
a similar model to how the subscribed tab is working. Currently,
there are only two tabs: "subscribed" and "all streams" so we can
use an if-else condition.

Refactored the 'update_stream_row_in_settings_tab' function inside
stream_ui_updates.js to include the case of a 'Not-subscribed' tab,
so that the tab is immediately updated in any add/remove subscription
event.

Fixed and added the node tests for these changes.

Lauryn Menard ee84b277ec hash-util: Rename stream_edit_url to channels_settings_edit_url.
Renames the hash_util.stream_edit_url function so that it's clearer
this is for the settings overlay hash and for the stream to channel
rename.

Lauryn Menard 8e953d9896 streams-settings-overlay: Update hash for stream to channel rename.
Updates the base hash for the streams setting overlay to be
"channels" instead of "streams".

Because there are Welcome Bot and Notification Bot messages that
would have been sent with the "/#streams" hash, we will need to
support parsing those overlay hashes as an alias for "/#channels"
permanently.

Lauryn Menard 556629add0 web-hash-util: Decode URL with channel and encoded stream ID.
Updates hash_util.decode_operand to handle a URL with channel and
the stream name and ID encoded in the URL.

For example "/#narrow/channel/12-test" where 12 is the ID of the
stream named "test".

Lauryn Menard a446033f32 filter: Use "channels" operator for the Filter class.
Update the Filter class to use "channels" as the canoncial operator
for public stream searches and web-public message fetch narrows,
but keep using "streams" for user-facing text and URLs.

When searching, "channels" does not create any suggestions until
a colon is added and then it shows suggestions with "streams". And
when a search string with channel as an operator is entered, then
it is replaced by "streams" as well.

Sahil Batra b154cb39f8 groups: Handle "#groups/new" url for users who cannot create groups.
We already do not show the buttons for opening the group creation
form if user is not allowed to create group at all, but the
user can still open the form by going on "#groups/new" url.

This commit fixes this by redirecting such users to "#groups/your"
like we do for streams.

Sahil Batra 2fe36cc0d7 group-settings: Handle invalid urls correctly.
There were couple of problems in our handling of invalid or
incomplete URLs-
- The browser back button behavior breaks if someone enters
url with invalid group ID, incorrect group name.
- On typing group edit URLs with invalid group ID, an error
was raised and the URLs remained the same with just opening
the groups overlay with "Your" tab selected in left panel.
- On typing group edit URLs with incorrect right side tab or
without any right side tab, we showed "general" section, which
is fine, but the URL was still incorrect.

This commit fixes the above mentioned problems-
- URLs with invalid group IDs are now handled gracefully
with groups UI opening in the same way as before but the
url is updated to "#groups/your".
- We now update the right side tab to "general" if right
side tab is invalid or there is no right side tab.
- All the URL updates to fix invalid urls are done using
"history.replaceState" to make sure the browser back button
behaves as expected.
- All the code for checking the urls is done in hashchange.js
itself, so we can remove some code from change_state.

Sahil Batra eea5ee8923 stream-settings: Handle invalid urls correctly.
There were couple of problems in our handling of invalid or
incomplete URLs-
- The browser back button behavior breaks if someone enters

m-e-l-u-h-a-n 0261be5993 user groups: Fix how we decide if a group is being edited.
We earlier used URL for checking if a group was being
edited in the right pane of #groups overlay. This is
hacky in cases where the URL might be changed by the
user by toggling between all-groups and your-groups.

As the information about the group being edited is
reliably maintianed by user_group_settings_ui module
we use that while checking if the group is being edited.
