This adds a setting under "Notification" section of
"Organization settings" tab, which enables Organization administrator to
control whether the missed message emails include the message content or
not.
Fixes: #11123.
This adds a new realm_logo field, which is a horizontal-format logo to
be displayed in the top-left corner of the webapp, and any other
places where we might want a wide-format branding of the organization.
Tweaked significantly by tabbott to rebase, fix styling, etc.
Fixing the styling of this feature's loading indicator caused me to
notice the loading indicator for the realm_icon feature was also ugly,
so I fixed that too.

Apparently, we didn't have one of these, and thus had a moderate
number of generally very old violations in the codebase. Fix this and
clear the ones that exist..
We move all of its logic into settings_sections.
Note that this is slightly more than a refactor.
We are slightly more aggressive about resetting
sections. For example, if you go into Settings,
then exit the overlay, then go into Manage
Organization, we will now reset sections for both
groups.
We can eliminate the janky `setup_page` methods
and just pass in section from `hashchanged`.
This sets us up to handle browser history more
nicely when you load '#settings' and we could essentially
redirect you to '#settings/your-account' (or similar
things). A future commit will address that.
We also use `launch` as the new entry point, which
is more consistent with other modules.
The prior name of this was a bit inaccurate, as we no
longer ever hide the menu item for non-admins. Also,
it belongs more naturally in `gear_menu.js` at this point.
Also, we remove one call to this, which was in a place
where it was no longer necessary.
We now run the code to disable widgets every time
we reload a section, which was the original intention
of the code, but the call to it only happened when
you first launched the page.
We also continue to run this logic for live updates
of is_admin, although it's worth noting that the
code still only handles the "demotion" case of going
from admin to non-admin. (If somebody makes you an
admin, you continue to need to reload to get
widgets enabled.)
This new setting is still hidden in the UI when not in the development
environment, because the feature isn't ready for production, but
merging this will help simplify future work on the feature.
This commit prepares the frontend code to be consumed by webpack.
It is a hack: In theory, modules should be declaring and importing the
modules they depend on and the globals they expose directly.
However, that requires significant per-module work, which we don't
really want to block moving our toolchain to webpack on.
So we expose the modules by setting window.varName = varName; as
needed in the js files.
If you toggle between Settings and Organization now, it
will remember where you were the last time (not counting
reload). Likewise if you go in and out of settings.
The old code always put you in the first section, which I
think was an accident of implementation. Of course, we'll
continue to default to the first row if you haven't gone
anywhere else.
The list with the options for normal settings now has
the class normal-settings-list.
The list with the options for org settings now has
the class org-settings-list.
The new markup helps us avoid code like this:
$(".settings-list li:not(.admin)")
We also have funny hacks in our key handlers related
to the old combined-list approach, which we can
eventually eliminate.
Add realm setting to set time limit for message deleitng.
Set default value of message_content_delete_limit_seconds
to 600 seconds(10 min).

This coverts the "checkbox" for `realm_allow_message_editing` and
"input" for `realm_message_content_edit_limit_seconds` into a
dropdown with the option for custom time limit option.
(It is a preliminary change for deduplication of org settings template.)
This adds org settings labels as a context to admin templates so that
they can be used as a context variables in admin templates.
The reason we did this in JS code because of translation issue when
passed (as a context in `partial` handlebars helper) directly within
template.
Now that we have support for displaying custom profile fields, this
adds administrator-level support for creating them.
Tweaked by tabbott to fix a few small bugs and clean up the commit message.

This commit adds a setting to limit creation of generic bots
to admins for realms that want that restriction. (Generic
bots, apart from being considered spammy on some realms,
have less locked down permissions than webhook bots).

The profile group (name, description, avatar) were split into a new
page that did not previously exist, and the permissions was stripped
of message settings (message editing, message feed), but keeping the
"waiting period" input and putting it in the "Streams & custom emoji"
section.

This new setting controls whether or not users are allowed to see the
edit history in a Zulip organization. It controls access through 2
key mechanisms:
* For long-ago edited messages, get_messages removes the edit history
content from messages it sends to clients.
* For newly edited messages, clients are responsible for checking the
setting and not saving the edit history data. Since the webapp was
the only client displaying it before this change, this just required
some changes in message_events.js.
Significantly modified by tabbott to fix some logic bugs and add a
test.
Prior to this, when the setting for controlling whether can admins only
upload an emoji was set to true, we were not displaying upload emoji form
even for admins and as a result they were locked out.
Added a dropdown in the organization settings page with a search-box and
required styles. Also added an element to disable it. Added a method to
populate the dropdown using list_rendering.js. Also altered response to
the event of deletion of the notifications stream on the frontend. On
selection of a new stream or on clicking 'Disable', a patch request is
made with stream-id to /json/realm.
Fixes: #3708.
We now wait to load Organization sections until you
click on the section (or virtually click by using arrow
keys).
Some of the sections are coupled in terms of their setup,
so some sections will already be loaded if you had clicked
on a related section.
This changes the layout of "organization settings" for
non-administrators such that they can view "Filter settings".
("Actions" column and form to add a new filter are not available).

This is mostly moving code, but we do add short-circuit logic
for some live-updating methods here.

We really want to move to one module per section, but there is some
legacy coupling that makes this difficult for now.
This better sets expectatations for the fact that in Zulip, the
Organization settings UI is available read-only to non-administrator
users.

This adds an organization description field to the Realm model, as well as
an input field to the organization settings template. Added three tests.

Now, on deactivating a bot, the bot-name and bot-email should strike-out.
And on reactivating a bot, the bot-name and bot-email should remove strike-out.

Add neccesary UI in #administration and #settings for
changing the bot owner. The bot owner select control
is rendered dynamically in order to avoid performance
issues in case of large number of users.

This changes the layout of administration for non-administrators such
that they can view organization settings and emoji settings and
displays everything as readonly unless they have the capability to edit.
For now, we just enabled this for the emoji settings and organization
settings features.
This removes all the .expectOne statements and replaces with a
single broad stroke .hide() that doesn't check if they exist,
but rather just ensures they are hidden by default until triggered.
This replaces the settings toggle which had the same markup as the
current component toggle, but not the same JavaScript, along with
having an issue with inline-block spacing, with the new JS generated
one.
When an admin deactivate a stream, we now remove the
appropriate row from the default streams tables for other
folks viewing default streams in the admin tables.
We add a default_streams_table() function that builds an
object encapsulating the defaults streams table in the admin
system.
This function allows us to simplify the click handler code by
closing on row/stream_name rather than picking those values out
of the DOM.
For our user administration, we now primarily work with user ids
that get put into data-user-id attributes. We still put emails in the
tags to make our Casper tests easy to maintain.
This requires a minor change to the back end to pass down user ids
for the /users endpoint (in get_members_backend).
Various server events can be passed into admin.js before
the initial widgets have been set up. This code short
circuits live update code when these events happen.
Note that live updates don't consistently work for the
admin pages before this fix (and after it), since don't
store data changes when the widgets aren't built.
