neiljp (Neil Pilgrim) 31798ab815 bot docs: Migrate script name from zulip-terminal to zulip-bot-shell. 
This change is intended to reduce confusion between zulip-bot-shell
(test bots interactively without a server) and the zulip/zulip-terminal
project and its associated command (zulip-term).

Hemanth V. Alluri ffd2bccd4e openapi: Standardize URL format to use {var_name} syntax. 
The previous code for the validator test was fairly messy due to
checking for both formats of the openapi url, one with
<variable_name> and the other with {variable_name}. To eliminate
this, we have standardized the format and restricted it to
{variable_name} as per the official format at:
https://swagger.io/docs/specification/describing-parameters.

Puneeth Chaganti 64ad031d5c writing-bots: Use a fenced code block to fix rendering. 
Type annotation for the function is not rendered correctly: `-> None` is
rendered as `-&gt; None`.

Eeshan Garg c6dd801525 docs: Fix a couple of broken links. 
For the PHP link, I just found an equivalent link that detailed
some well-known PHP security vulnerabilities.

As for the now defunct RequestBin, another instance is hosted
by another domain, so we can recommend using that for now.

Anders Kaseorg b618c644a3 HTML validation: Quote <my-bot> and <api_key> placeholders in api docs. 
They were being sent to the browser as non-renderable HTML tags.

Steve Howell a5e55cee9b bot docs: Clean up "Testing a bot's output". 
The main cleanup here is to move the examples out of the bulleted
list, which was getting rendered in an ugly/confusing way.

I also removed some redundant text, fixed some typos, and changed
the wording a bit.

Greg Price ca09c1e0fd templates: Revert change to Python 3 typing syntax in examples. 
This reverts commit 5a1869901.  I reviewed this change and decided not

Tim Abbott 07c2b205a4 docs: Update absolute links to point to new URLs. 
This should get test-documentation and test-help-documentation passing
again after we moved everything around in the last commit.

There are a lot more absolute links (generally in code comments) to
update, but they are lower-priority and can be done in a follow-up
pass.
