The reason for the flake was we were not waiting for the
settings modal to open completely.
To fix this we now wait until the profile tab is focused to
detect if the settings modal is open completely (i.e ready
for the interaction).
The old name was confusing, since the contents
of the div aren't just a table, and we have
smaller elements that actually do list a bunch
of subscriptions in tabular format.
The only downside of this is that it makes it harder to control the
order of these tests; which isn't that important. And the structure
of naming each with its test order fundamentally requires renaming
files when adding/deleting tests, so if we want to control the default
test order, we'd be better off doing that by just hardcoding a list in
the test runner code.
