We make some specific cases of tags use 2 space indents.
The case description:
* A tag with opening tag spread over multiple lines and closing tag
on the same line as of the closing angle bracket of the opening tag.
* A tag with opening tag spread over multiple lines and closing tag
not on the same line as of the closing angle bracket of the opening
tag.

Restrict users(even realm admins) from creating stream with zero
subscribers only in UI.
In backend, if subscribers are zero, we automatically subscribe
current user to stream.
Add div element to inform user whether stream is successfully
created or not. This will help to inform user in case if current
user is not subscribed to created stream.
Add a spinner for when a stream is being created to show that
an operation is being performed, while also disallowing users to
modify the form in the meanwhile.

This either removes aria-hidden=true assignments from buttons with
text, or adds a span to only hide the 'x' symbol rather than the
button for closing buttons.
This is a major change to the /#subscriptions page, converting it to
by a side-by-side list of streams and their settings in an overlay.
There are no new features added/removed, but it's a huge changeset,
because it replaces the old navigation logic and moves the stream
creation modal to appear in the right side of this overlay.
