orientor	d8ef853545	openapi: Make api-docs filename match with operationIds. api docs filenames are basically the operationId of their endpoint in zulip.yaml with `_` replaced by `-`. The term `parameter` is a better word than `argument` for data passed to an API endpoint; this is why OpenAPI uses in their terminology.
