Anders Kaseorg 365fe0b3d5 python: Sort imports with isort.
Fixes #2665.

Regenerated by tabbott with `lint --fix` after a rebase and change in
parameters.

Note from tabbott: In a few cases, this converts technical debt in the
form of unsorted imports into different technical debt in the form of
our largest files having very long, ugly import sequences at the
start. I expect this change will increase pressure for us to split
those files, which isn't a bad thing.

Steve Howell cf78cb0d6e templates: Use `<hr>` and `<br>` consistently.
We now prevent these variations:

    * <hr/>
    * <hr />
    * <br/>
    * <br />

We could enforce similar consistency for other void
tags, if we wished, but these two are particularly
prevalent.

Steve Howell 951514dd7d check-templates: Be stricter about singleton tags.
We now forbid tags of the form `<foo ... />` in most
places, and we also forbid it even for several void
tags.

We make exceptions for tags that are already formatted
in two different ways in our codebase. This is mostly
svg tags, plus these common cases:

    - br
    - hr
    - img
    - input

It would be nice to lock down a convention for these,
even though the HTML specification is unopinionated
on these. We'll probably want to stay flexible for
svg tags, since they are sometimes copy/pasted from
other sources (although it's probably rare enough for
them that we can tolerate just doing minor edits as
needed).

Steve Howell 28f2a6950e check_templates: Parse '<foo/>' tags better.
If folks put something like '<br/>' in the HTML,
we would think the tag's name was "br/" instead
of "br". I think we were assuming most folks
would write either "<br>" or <br />".

ASIDE:

We should probably have a consistent
preference among these styles:

    * <br>
    * <br/>
    * <br />

I prefer the first.

Aditya Bansal d0492b103b template_parser: Fix Jinja2 tag matching with strip whitespace syntax.
In this commit, we basically match any kinda of jinja2 start tag,
    no matter its special kind (eg. jinja2_whitespace_stripped_start)
    to any kinda jinja2 end tag (eg. jinja2_whitespace_stripped_end)

    Idea is special operators like `-` do not change the meaning of
    inline tag and thus matching shouldn't depend upon this.

Yago González 7e3154f7bc lint: Ignore tildes in mustache tag template checker.
Handlebars allows putting tildes (~) by the braces in mustache tags to
strip whitespaces on that side of the tag.

    {{#if foo~}}
        <p>Bar</p>
    {{~/if}}

This way, the linter ignores any potential tilde at the ends of Handlebars
tags so we can use this feature without lint fails.

adnrs96 a75c0dd248 Enhance template parser for comments, Fix deep nesting in Jinja2.
In this commit we add the ability of recognizing comments in
handlebar and Jinja2 templates to the template parser. This
fixes issue of template parser picking up code tags which are
commented out in files.
Also we fix the problem of too much deep nesting in the Jinja2
logic statement. Now only nested Jinja2 logic statements will get
a deeper indentation level.With this another fix was introduced
relating with the tags before a nested handlebar or django tag getting
wrong indent.
We also fix the issue with wrong offsets with closing tags in
cases if they were not matching indent level of the starting
tag intially.
Also we also start to ignore any tags occuring in between 'pre'
tags for deeper indent levels. As well we start to filter out django
non block tags from getting deeper indent level.

Gordon P. Hemsley 331617efab Factor out HtmlTreeBranch and related code from template parser.
This code is not directly related to the template parser, so it
can safely live in its own file.

The only significant change to the code is to the signature of
`html_branches` so that it can be called without requiring a file.
Since it's only used in html_grep, that has been updated to reflect
this change.

Steve Howell 184e45b774 Fix bug with tools/html-grep.
We were ignoring singleton tags like "input" tags in
html-grep. This was an artifact of our tokenizer originally
being built to check indentation of templates, for which
singleton tags had been a distraction. This fix actually cleans up
the template checking logic as well, since it can now rely
on the tokenizer to classify special tags and singleton tags.
The tokenizer is more complete and more specific.
