Creates a new "realm_deactivated" email that can be sent to realm
owners as part of `do_deactivate_realm`, via a boolean flag,
`email_owners`.
This flag is set to `False` when `do_deactivate_realm` is used for
realm exports or changing a realm's subdomain, so that the active
organization owners are not emailed in those cases.
This flag is optional for the `deactivate_realm` management command,
but as there is no active user passed in that case, then the email
is sent without referencing who deactivated the realm.
It is passed as `True` for the support analytics view, but the email
that is generated does not include information about the support
admin user who completed the request for organization deactivation.
When an active organization owner deactivates the organization, then
the flag is `True` and an email is sent to them as well as any other
active organization owners, with a slight variation in the email text
for those two cases.
Adds specific tests for when `email_owners` is passed as `True`. All
existing tests for other functionality of `do_deactivate_user` pass
the flag as `False`.
Adds `localize` from django.util.formats as a jinja env filter so
that the dates in these emails are internationlized for the owner's
default language setting in the "realm_deactivated" email templates.
Fixes#24685.
Previously, the typing notifications used to appear between the
message list and the mark as read banner in a thread. This would
cause the banner to shift down whenever someone starts typing,
and shift back up if everyone stops typing.
This frequent bouncing of the banner could be distracting, and hence,
is fixed by moving the typing notifications to below the mark as
read banner.
Fixes#17933, #27517
Instead of `recent_view_table`, we make `html` as our scroll container.
This fixes an important bug for us where filters sometimes disappear
due to them scrolling under navbar which is unexpected. Since we are
now using separate containers to display rows and
filter (while includes table headers), where filters use sticky
positioning, this bug will be fixed.
Fixes#28526
* Removed `container` and `row-fluid` class from error pages.
* Use a variable for footer height.
* Made header sticky instead of fixed allowing us to position
page content without adding arbitrary padding or margin at top.
Header is around 60px in height, so reduced that much top padding
or margin.
This will be helpful when refactoring them to use a common template.
No visual changes.
Tested by create email confirmation link and then manipulated it to
get to various states. Force rendered the realm_creation_disabled
template instead of link_malformed template to check it.
This commit replaces occurrences of realm_uri with realm_url in
"context_processors.py" and related templates.
With by-hand translation updates for German (also updated in
Transifex) to avoid breaking the i18n system tests that use some
modified strings.

In #23380, we are changing all occurrences of uri with url in order to
follow the latest URL standard. Previous PRs #25038 and #25045 has
replaced the occurences of uri that has no direct relation with realm.
This commit changes just the model property, which has no API
compatibility concerns.
Gitter broke their older API as part of being integrated
into Matrix.
Their announcement blog says:
"Anything left using the Gitter APIs will need to be
updated to use the Matrix API"
This commit drops the legacy Gitter import tool and
we plan to build a new one for Matrix in future.
In the missed message email, updates "stream_name" context variable
to be "channel_name". This varible is part of some translated
strings in the email's content.
In onboarding zulip topics email, updates content references to
streams to use channels instead for translated strings. Also,
updates "move_topic_to_different_stream_link" context variable to
be "move_channels_link".
Does not yet update the image used in the onboarding topics email
as that will be updated as part of the help center changes for
this rename.
Part of stream to channel rename project.
Updates the translated "New streams" string in the email digest to
instead by "New channels". Also, marks that for translation in the
plain text version of the email.
Updates the generated stream/channel url to use stream_narrow_url
in preparation for updating stream narrow urls for the rename.
Part of stream to channel rename project.
Previously, email addresses that weren't connected to a Zulip account
were ignored but now they receive an email stating their email isn't
connected to a Zulip account.
Also, removes the "Thanks for using Zulip!" line at the end of the
find accounts email that's sent when a Zulip account is found.
Updates the i18n test that used this string with another in the
German translation from this a successful account found email.

Updates the help link in the find team emails to use the external
host information.
Removes the link for the external host since the realm links are
what the user should click on to login.
Also, passes corporate_enabled to the find team email to adjust
the text for Zulip Cloud emails.
Revises section to use headers for the possible parameters so that
they can be linked to directly from other documentation pages.
Updates base URL text to read more clearly when rendered.
Restructures the integration documentation pages to use a style
that's more similar to the help center documentation, with an
instruction block for setting up the integration, and sections
for additional configuration information and related documentation
links.
Updates the doc pages for the airbrake, azuredevops and gitlab
integrations as examples of the updated style.
Also updates the URL specification section of the incoming webhook
overview in the API documentation so that the documented URL
parameters can be linked to directly in the integration doc pages.

Adds a line to the top of the internal_billing_notice email with
the billing entity's display name.
Makes sure all internal_billng_notice email subjects also include
the billing entity's display name.
Makes small updates to the notice text for some cases.
We redesign the message history modal to make it look similar to the
drafts and scheduled messages, using the shared styling/rendering
logic for that those existing elements to have a less goofy widget.
Fixes#28695.
This commit updates the placeholder for name input in account
creation form to "Your full name".
We also removes the "名前" since that confuses the user who
do not know the language. This text was originally added to
indicate that the name field supports unicode characters, which
most modern apps do currently, so there is no need to add this
text in the placeholder.
Fixes part of #29226.
Depending on the kind of config error being shown, different "go back"
links may be more appropriate.
We probably hard-coded /login/ for it, because these config errors are
most commonly used for authentication backend config error, where it
makes sense to have /login/ as "go back", because the user most likely
indeed got there from the login page.
However, for remote_billing_bouncer_not_configured, it doesn't make
sense, because the user almost surely is already logged in and got there
by clicking "Plan management" inside the gear menu in the logged in app.
Just shows a config error page if the bouncer is not enabled. Uses a new
endpoint for this so that it can work nicely for both browser and
desktop app clients.
It's necessary, because the desktop app expects to get a json response
with either an error or billing_access_url to redirect to. Showing a
nice config error page can't be done via the json error mechanism, so
instead we just serve a redirect to the new error page, which the app
will open in the browser in a new window or tab.
