Kenny e83538167f message_edit: Add label for edit topic button. 
Rewritten by tabbott to add the label in the right places, set ARIA
settings consistent with the title, etc.

Fixes #17309.

Sumanth V Rao e12f682e2e markdown: Include text & url in `topic_links` parameter of our API. 
The linkifier code now includes both the shortened text and the expanded
URL, sorted by the order of the occurrence in a topic. This list is passed
back in the `topic_links` parameter of the /messages and the /events APIs.

topic_links earlier vs now:

earlier: ['https://www.google.com', 'https://github.com/zulip/zulip/32']

now: [{'url': 'https://www.google.com', 'text': 'https://www.google/com},
      {'url': 'https://github.com/zulip/zulip/32', 'text': '#32'}]

Similarly, the topic_links local echo logic in the frontend now returns
back an object.

Gittenburg 0b4568d249 message_header: Fix overlap on mobile with flex. 
Previously .recipient_row_date was positioned absolutely, allowing it to
overlap with the topic name on narrow screens. This can be solved by
using flexbox. To implement the empty space between the bar controls and
the date on wider screens we move the date outside of the bar controls
(which also makes more sense semantically since the date isn't a
control).

Fixes #15501.

Tim Abbott a2767e8c50 CVE-2020-14194: Use noopener/noreferrer for external links. 
We fixed the main issue of this form in CVE-2020-9444, but the audit
done at that time only included links found in rendered_markdown; this
change completes our audit for links with target=_blank anywhere in
the codebase.

Pranav 957429e14a msg_recipient_bar: Add spacing between recipient_bar icons. 
Fixes the problem of recipient_bar_icons being too close to each
other. To improve spacing between them, classes are added, namely
recipient_bar_icon_link (for link icon) and reciepient_bar_icon
(for other icons). CSS for spacing these classes correctly, using
padding-left and padding-right, has been added zulip.scss

Manually tested for cases with single and multiple links present.

Siddharth Varshney 962684f189 ui: replace all mute icons from eye/eye-slash with bell/bell-slash. 
eye/eye-slash icon is generally used for toggling hiding actions and we are using that same icon for mute action which can be a bit confusing

Anders Kaseorg 3c3471b720 templates: Rename *.handlebars ↦ *.hbs and - ↦ _. 
Tweaked by tabbott to avoid accidentally disabling the linter for
handlebars templates.
