Replace links in the landing page footer and navigation bar to go
to the new "Moving to Zulip" guide, instead of the "Getting your
organization started with Zulip" guide.
This has no impact because zulip.com is not attacker-controlled, but
we should be consistent in protecting external target="_blank" links.

These modern landing pages cover use cases previously not detailed on
our website. Technically, we had a /for/research page before, but it
wasn't finished or linked everywhere.
Removed "function-url-quotes" stylelint rule
since I need to use quotes in url to use an
svg as list bullet point. There are spacing issues
using it as an image. Also, using quotes in url
is actually the recommended way to do it otherwise
there could be issue with escaping.
This commit restructures the top-level navigation on our landing
page using dropdowns in a manner that allows us to advertise some
important pages to our visitors:
- Use cases for companies, open source projects, and communities.
- Miscellaneous pages about the product are now accessible from the
"Product" dropdown.
- "Resources" are a few key resources our users may want to consult
if they need help or support.
The previous styling was brittle and ended up breaking in very small
phone-size views with the text overflowing the boundaries of the page.
The right fix is to move those heading outside the portico-header
class, since the CSS for that isn't generally appropriate here.
This flag allows rendering as a single isolated page, without the
navigation in header and footer that otherwise provides links to the
rest of the site.
The portico layout, including the styling of the "hero" area at top,
all remains the same.
We don't yet ever set this flag; that'll come next.
xmlns:svg is an XML namespace declaration that would be valid in XHTML
but not in HTML. Even in XHTML, it wouldn’t be necessary because we
don’t write SVG tags prefixed like <svg:circle>, only unprefixed like
<circle>.

We have a good "Help Center" section in the footer, where a user
may already expect to look for help/support related requests, so
we can replace the navbar spot there with the "Why Zulip" page link.
This creates a dropdown in place of the normal register/login links
you get when logged out, with an option to go to the app or log out if
that appears you click on the avatar.
A bit more work is needed to make this look really good, but it's a
great start.
