help: Improve integrations documentation.

- Renames "Bots and integrations" to "Bots overview" everywhere
  (sidebar, page title, page URL).
- Adds a copy of /api/integrations-overview (symbolic link) as the
  second page in the Bots & integrations section, titled
  "Integrations overview".

Fixes #28758.
