Remove zulip.egg-info from .gitignore. 

We've been seeing failures in Travis CI like this:
https://travis-ci.org/zulip/zulip/jobs/175921132, which seem to be
caused by an issue with .gitignore handing.  This seems to fix the
problem, though I don't yet understand why.

This reverts 7c0970d171.
