webhook-walkthrough: Replace references to old-style fixture directories.
The webhook walkthrough has now been updated to reflect the recent decision to store webhook fixtures in zerver/webhooks/<webhook_name>/fixtures/ as opposed to zerver/fixtures/<webhook_name>/.
