docs: Update redirecting articles section to note zulip announcements.
When updating the codebase for URL redirects for help center article renames, we note that the content for zulip update announcements should keep the old URL/name for the article. It's preferable that the source code accurately reflect what users received for these announcments and the redirect will ensure that these links continue to work.
