analytics: Update "Messages sent by client" chart for Flutter app. 

Updates the labels in the "Messages sent by client" analytics chart
for the user-agent/client names for the Flutter mobile app, which
can be "ZulipFlutter" or "ZulipMobile/flutter".

Fixes #28220.
