settings: Rename "user avatar" to "profile picture" This renames references to user avatars, bot avatars, or organization icons to profile pictures. The string in the UI are updated, in addition to the help files, comments, and documentation. Actual variable/function names, changelog entries, routes, and s3 buckets are left as-is in order to avoid introducing bugs. Fixes #11824.

By default, Zulip uses an image generated by
[Gravatar](https://en.gravatar.com/) as your profile picture.

If your email address already has a gravatar associated with it, Zulip will
use your existing gravatar.
You can also upload a custom profile picture to Zulip.

This commit fixes the documentation of settings as we have replaced "Your account" section into two new sections - "Profile" and "Account & privacy". This commit also fixes a comment in the test for settings documentation in test_middleware.py.

2. Under **Profile picture**, click on the **(X)** icon in the top
user docs: Update change-your-profile-picture section within docs. Commit dc67870 introduced a user confirmation modal before deleting profile picture, leaving the user documentation unchanged. Added a commit to reflect the newly added change within the user documentation as well.
