# Mobile notifications

In Zulip, you can customize whether [stream

messages](/help/stream-notifications), [private
|
|
|
|
|
messages](/help/pm-mention-alert-notifications) and
|
|
|
|
|
[mentions][notifications-wildcard-mentions] trigger mobile
|
|
|
|
|
notifications. You can also adjust whether notifications will be sent
|
|
|
|
|
while you are online.
